Live-stream video content sourced directly from BongaCams and displayed via its official API/embed integration. A Google DMCA notice was submitted by the model, asserting copyright over content owned by BongaCams. Under Section 3.12 of the BongaCams Affiliate Agreement, the model lacks standing to enforce these rights. This notice may constitute a misrepresentation under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
